We collect your personal information in order to:
- allow tickets for our events to be booked online and managed by our team
- allow you to buy and have shipped items from our online store
- to let you know about future events and offers we’re supporting that you might be interested in.
Providing some information is optional. If you choose not to enter a valid email address, we’ll be unable to send you your tickets for events or contact you about your online store order. If you choose not to enter an alternative contact (such as phone number or address), we’ll be unable to contact you in the event your email address is entered incorrectly.
We keep your information safe by using SSL for our website communications, using the Google Cloud to host our servers & data, and only allowing certain staff to access it (who must have completed an online education course from the Privacy Commission).
We keep your information for at most 1 year at which point we securely destroy it by deleting the records from our online store.
You have the right to ask for a copy of any personal information we hold about you, and to ask for it to be corrected if you think it is wrong. If you’d like to ask for a copy of your information, or to have it corrected, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
